Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information Gaëlle collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users of our SMS messaging service.
1. What we collect
We collect only:
- Your mobile phone number — required by Twilio to deliver SMS to and from you.
- The photos and text you send us — the input to our AI marketplace assistant.
- Your opt-in record — a timestamp showing when and how you opted in to messages from Gaëlle (web form, or by texting us first).
We do not collect your name, address, email, IP address, device type, operating system, browser, location, or any web-browsing data. There is no account, no login, and no tracking.
2. How we use it
- To deliver our reply to your message (a link to a listing or value estimate generated by our AI).
- To respond to
HELPrequests and confirmSTOPopt-outs. - To maintain a permanent suppression list of opted-out numbers, so we never message them again.
We do not use your phone number, photos, or messages for marketing, advertising, profiling, or AI training.
3. Who we share with
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing purposes. The only third party that receives your data is Twilio, Inc., which delivers SMS to and from you on our behalf. Twilio receives your phone number and the content of messages in order to deliver them; its handling of that data is governed by Twilio’s privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect the safety of a person.
4. SMS messaging program — required disclosures
No information collected through our SMS opt-in process — including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data — will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Reply-only: every outbound SMS from Gaëlle is a direct reply to a message you sent us. Gaëlle does not initiate text messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for incoming and outgoing messages.

5. Retention
- Phone numbers: retained only while you remain opted in. When you opt out, your number is moved to the suppression list (see below) and the active record is deleted.
- Opt-out records (suppression list): retained permanently. This is necessary to honor the opt-out and prevent re-messaging.
6. Your choices
- Opt out of SMS: reply
STOPto any message. Your number is added to the suppression list immediately. - Access or deletion: email admin@gaelle.app to request access to or deletion of any data.
- California, EU/UK residents: you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
7. Children
Gaëlle is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
